Van Cleef & Arpels — L'Ecole Education Manager in Tokyo: lead L'École's educational programmes, workshops and public engagement for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and oversee L'École's educational programmes, workshops and public events tailored to luxury jewellery, craftsmanship and artisanal techniques.
- Develop curricula and learning materials for diverse audiences including the public, collectors, trade professionals and internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of exhibitions, masterclasses and lectures in coordination with curators, artisans and external partners.
- Train and coach facilitators, boutique staff and ambassadors to ensure consistent educational messaging and elevated client experiences.
- Build and maintain partnerships with cultural institutions, schools, universities and industry experts to expand programme reach.
- Plan and manage programme budgets, schedules and vendor relations; ensure timely reporting on KPIs and participant feedback.
- Lead on audience development and engagement strategies, including reservation systems, attendance tracking and post-event evaluation.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to design and deliver public-facing educational or cultural programmes, preferably within luxury, museum or arts education contexts.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with experience addressing specialist and general audiences.
