Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and oversee L'École's educational programmes, workshops and public events tailored to luxury jewellery, craftsmanship and artisanal techniques.
  • Develop curricula and learning materials for diverse audiences including the public, collectors, trade professionals and internal teams.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of exhibitions, masterclasses and lectures in coordination with curators, artisans and external partners.
  • Train and coach facilitators, boutique staff and ambassadors to ensure consistent educational messaging and elevated client experiences.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with cultural institutions, schools, universities and industry experts to expand programme reach.
  • Plan and manage programme budgets, schedules and vendor relations; ensure timely reporting on KPIs and participant feedback.
  • Lead on audience development and engagement strategies, including reservation systems, attendance tracking and post-event evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to design and deliver public-facing educational or cultural programmes, preferably within luxury, museum or arts education contexts.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with experience addressing specialist and general audiences.
  • Excellent organisational capabilities and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour appropriate to luxury-brand environments.
  • Experience in recruiting, training and supervising educators, guides or workshop leaders.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in education, museum or cultural programming, or equivalent roles within luxury brands or arts institutions; demonstrable success running public programmes and events.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Art History, Education, Museum Studies, Cultural Management or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
