Van Cleef & Arpels L&D Intern – Paris, France. Support global learning programs through data analysis, events, and creative content development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate data-driven insights and create dashboards from learning program metrics and participation data
- Assist in organizing and coordinating international learning and development events across regions
- Support deployment and migration of learning management systems and related digital tools
- Design and develop engaging visual learning materials using graphic design software and creative assets
- Contribute to administrative support and diverse L&D projects aligned with the maison's educational initiatives
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated combination of analytical data skills and creative thinking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools such as Canva or equivalent
