Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Development team in the coordination and delivery of training programmes across boutiques and corporate functions.
- Administer and maintain the learning management system (LMS): enrolments, course content updates, user support and basic data exports.
- Prepare training materials and presentations, including PowerPoint decks, participant packs and evaluation forms.
- Organise logistics for face‑to‑face and virtual sessions: scheduling, venue coordination, travel arrangements and on‑site support.
- Monitor attendance and learning outcomes; produce succinct reports and participate in programme evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with boutique managers, HR partners and external trainers to ensure timely rollout of induction and product training.
- Perform general administrative tasks for the L&D function, ensuring confidentiality and meticulous record keeping.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation skills.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling personnel information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new digital platforms.

Experience
Internship or coursework experience in HR, learning & development, training delivery, or talent programmes preferred. Practical exposure to LMS platforms, classroom facilitation or coordination of training events is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
