Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for jewelry collections — from concept and technical development to industrialisation and launch.

- Manage supplier and atelier relationships, including quality control, prototyping cycles and material sourcing for precious metals and gemstones.
- Generate market and trend insights, competitor benchmarks and sales feedback to inform collection planning and future concepts.
- Develop launch plans and sales tools for boutiques and wholesale partners, and support training for retail teams on product narrative and technical features.
- Monitor inventory flow and provide post-launch performance analysis to refine assortments and replenishment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in product management, product development or merchandising within high jewelry, fine jewelry or luxury accessories.
- Deep technical knowledge of jewelry construction, gemstones and precious metals; experience working with ateliers and suppliers.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑disciplinary projects and to drive decisions across creative and operational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to create clear technical documentation and sell product narratives to retail teams.
