The Jewelry Product Executive supports sales performance analysis, product and commercial coordination, market intelligence, and jewelry product training for Van Cleef & Arpels in Seoul. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze jewelry sales performance, business trends, and key KPIs; consolidate relevant data and insights to identify jewelry product business opportunities.
- Support jewelry novelties, campaigns, Maison specialized programs, and related 360-degree orchestration.
- Coordinate product availability, client opportunities, and commercial priorities with relevant teams and boutiques.
- Monitor jewelry market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and key industry developments.
- Consolidate market intelligence and support monitoring and reporting intellectual property infringements to the HQ team.
- Support jewelry product and collection training for boutique and office teams; help prepare and localize training materials and product communication tools.
- Collect local feedback, share relevant updates, and coordinate requests from the region and HQ.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Professional experience in marketing operations and sales data management in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong organizational and data management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
