Role & Responsibilities
- Set precious stones on a diverse range of jewelry pieces using various specialized techniques
- Execute all preparation stages required before stone setting with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct quality inspections and validation of finished pieces after stone setting is complete
- Proactively identify and communicate manufacturing challenges and defects to workshop leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other artisans in the workshop to resolve technical issues and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain compliance with Van Cleef & Arpels' rigorous quality and craftsmanship standards
Qualifications
