Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of finished jewelry products and semi-finished components, documenting results in internal tracking systems and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
- Perform in-process quality control checks on production items throughout manufacturing stages
- Support workshop teams through mentorship and guidance on applying the Maison's quality standards and inspection criteria
- Participate in new employee training on quality protocols and standards
- Contribute to production problem-solving initiatives and product improvement efforts
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and quality team to maintain consistent standards across the atelier
