Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble, solder and finish high-jewellery pieces to precise technical drawings and brand specifications.
- Perform stone setting (prong, bezel, pavé and micro-setting) and hand-finishing to meet luxury quality standards.
- Execute repairs, adjustments and restorations on precious-metal jewellery while preserving original integrity.
- Carry out quality control and final inspection, ensuring conformity with tolerances and aesthetic criteria.
- Collaborate with designers, model makers and other bench technicians to translate prototypes into production pieces.
- Maintain tools and equipment, keep workshop documentation up to date, and follow health & safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Professional jewellery qualification (CAP/BEP, BMA or equivalent apprenticeship) in goldsmithing/jewellery-making or demonstrable equivalent training.
