Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble, solder and finish high-jewellery pieces to precise technical drawings and brand specifications.
  • Perform stone setting (prong, bezel, pavé and micro-setting) and hand-finishing to meet luxury quality standards.
  • Execute repairs, adjustments and restorations on precious-metal jewellery while preserving original integrity.
  • Carry out quality control and final inspection, ensuring conformity with tolerances and aesthetic criteria.
  • Collaborate with designers, model makers and other bench technicians to translate prototypes into production pieces.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, keep workshop documentation up to date, and follow health & safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Professional jewellery qualification (CAP/BEP, BMA or equivalent apprenticeship) in goldsmithing/jewellery-making or demonstrable equivalent training.
  • Sound knowledge of precious metals, gemstones and traditional bench techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
  • Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail and commitment to finish quality.
