Role & Responsibilities
- Execute fabrication and finishing of fine jewelry and high jewelry pieces in compliance with technical specifications
- Inspect completed pieces for conformity with design briefs and quality standards
- Perform precision finishing work and surface treatments on jewelry components
- Proactively identify manufacturing challenges and contribute to their resolution through collaborative problem-solving
- Exchange technical methodologies and best practices with fellow artisans to continuously refine production techniques and quality outcomes
- Report production issues and improvement opportunities to the Workshop Manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a jewelry artisan or craftsperson in a high jewelry workshop environment
- Demonstrated expertise in jewelry fabrication, finishing, and assembly techniques
- Strong technical knowledge of precious materials and jewelry-specific processes
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to uncompromising quality standards
