Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager and Client Experience Project Manager in creating presentation materials and drawings for bespoke high jewelry commissions, including writing English-language storytelling narratives around design inspiration
• Coordinate and distribute design drawings to regional markets and maintain daily operational tools
• Facilitate enhanced client relationships by coordinating shared content regarding artisanal production processes throughout the creation cycle, requiring cross-departmental coordination with all production-involved departments
• Assist the Project Manager in executing and deploying the Haute Parfumerie product strategy, including competitive intelligence and regular sales tracking and analysis
• Create training materials to support local teams and sales staff in promoting the Haute Parfumerie offering
• Coordinate with internal partner teams—Communication, Heritage Archives, Retail—in developing and distributing marketing and educational assets via internal platforms
• Provide ad hoc support to both teams on diverse operational tasks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student
• Rigorous attention to detail with excellent priority management
• Demonstrated writing proficiency in both English and French
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly InDesign (preferred)
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to assigned projects
• Sensitivity to high jewelry creation, client experience, and the Maison's heritage
• Creative mindset with demonstrated cultural appreciation
