Van Cleef & Arpels internship: 6-month assistant product manager role in bespoke high jewelry and fine fragrance in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager and Client Experience Project Manager in creating presentation materials and drawings for bespoke high jewelry commissions, including writing English-language storytelling narratives around design inspiration
- Coordinate and distribute design drawings to regional markets and maintain daily operational tools
- Facilitate enhanced client relationships by coordinating shared content regarding artisanal production processes throughout the creation cycle, requiring cross-departmental coordination with all production-involved departments
- Assist the Project Manager in executing and deploying the Haute Parfumerie product strategy, including competitive intelligence and regular sales tracking and analysis
- Create training materials to support local teams and sales staff in promoting the Haute Parfumerie offering
- Coordinate with internal partner teams—Communication, Heritage Archives, Retail—in developing and distributing marketing and educational assets via internal platforms
- Provide ad hoc support to both teams on diverse operational tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Rigorous attention to detail with excellent priority management
- Demonstrated writing proficiency in both English and French
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office suite
- Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly InDesign (preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to assigned projects
- Sensitivity to high jewelry creation, client experience, and the Maison's heritage
- Creative mindset with demonstrated cultural appreciation
