Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an International Media Coordinator Intern in Paris for a 4-month full-time internship beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy media strategy across global markets in accordance with maison guidelines
- Coordinate with local market teams on media plan validation, campaign tracking, and operational support
- Conduct competitive press and digital monitoring and compile luxury sector news updates
- Actively support centralized social media and PAN campaign implementation in coordination with content teams, social media departments, local markets, and media agencies
- Manage technical deliverables within contractual deadlines, follow-up communications, and preview validation; support teams in brief drafting and media plan monitoring
- Coordinate SEA recommendations with media agencies and internal teams
- Support the media team on ad hoc projects including 360° campaigns and budget consolidation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, communication school, or university programme at BAC+2/3 level or equivalent
- Affinity for media and preferably prior experience within an advertiser, publisher, or media agency
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
Prior experience in media, advertising, or communications within an advertiser, publisher, or media agency environment is preferred but not essential; the role welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree at BAC+2/3 level (approximately 2–3 years post-secondary education) in commerce, communication, or a related discipline.
