Role & Responsibilities

• Support the international clienteling team in executing personalised outreach to VIP and high-potential clients across markets.
• Maintain and enrich client dossiers in the CRM, ensuring accurate contact data, purchase history and personalized preferences.
• Coordinate cross-border communications between boutiques, marketing and private clients to ensure seamless service and follow-ups.
• Contribute to the preparation and tracking of client invitations, private viewings and CRM-driven events.
• Assist with segmentation, targeted campaign execution and performance tracking of client initiatives.
• Prepare concise reports and dashboards for the clienteling team summarising outreach activity, conversion metrics and client feedback.
• Translate and proofread client communications in English and French when required; liaise with local teams for market-specific adaptations.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection of client information in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• Previous internship experience within luxury retail, CRM, boutique operations or client relations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner and discretion handling high-net-worth clientele.
• Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; proficiency in French is highly desirable. Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Russian) are an advantage.
• Comfortable working with confidential client data and complying with data protection policies.

Experience

Internship-level role; 0–12 months of prior experience preferred, ideally including a previous placement in luxury retail, client relations or CRM.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Communications or similar.
