Van Cleef & Arpels is recruiting an Internal Communications Intern for a 6-month placement in Paris starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to internal communications content creation, including HR information emails, intranet articles, and editorial materials
- Manage internal communication channels such as intranet and digital displays: page layout, article publication, and content updates
- Conceive and develop visual and audiovisual content including images, posters, and videos
- Support the organization of internal events including annual employee celebrations, artistic events, and HR initiatives
- Promote and document the savoir-faire and craftsmanship specialties across assigned departments
- Prepare reporting and analytics on communications initiatives and projects
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editorial skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated curiosity and creative thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Organizational excellence with strong priority management skills
- Proficiency with graphic design tools including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent French and English (written and oral)
Skills
Experience
No specific professional experience required. Academic or portfolio demonstration of writing, design, and communications capabilities is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program in communications, marketing, journalism, design, or a related discipline. Training in graphic design and multimedia communications is advantageous.
