Role & Responsibilities
- Support the internal communications team in the creation, editing and distribution of employee-facing content across intranet, email newsletters and internal social channels.
- Draft clear, on‑brand copy in French (and English where required) for announcements, editorial features and leadership messages.
- Maintain the editorial calendar and coordinate content approvals with HR, corporate teams and business units.
- Assist with the production and delivery of internal events, town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
- Update and manage intranet pages and digital assets; ensure consistency of visual and editorial standards.
- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare simple reports to inform content optimisation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with brand tone and corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
- Excellent written French; strong professional English proficiency.
- Exceptional editorial judgement, strong writing and proofreading skills.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- Genuine interest in luxury goods, craftsmanship and the maison’s cultural heritage.
- Availability for a standard French internship period (typically 4–6 months) is preferred.

Previous internship experience in communications, corporate communications, PR or internal communications is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable editorial experience or academic projects will be considered.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
