Role & Responsibilities
- Support the internal communications team in developing and executing the editorial calendar for intranet, newsletters and employee-facing channels.
- Draft, edit and adapt clear written communications in a tone consistent with the maison’s brand for diverse internal audiences.
- Coordinate internal events and campaigns that drive employee engagement, including logistics, invitations, and on‑site support.
- Work with HR, retail and corporate teams to collect editorial material, interviews and multimedia assets from across the organisation.
- Assist with production of visual assets and layouts for digital and print communications; liaise with external agencies and in‑house creative resources.
- Monitor engagement metrics across internal platforms, prepare performance summaries and propose content improvements.

Qualifications
- Enrollment in a recognised bachelor’s or master’s programme in communications, corporate communications, journalism, marketing or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract.

- Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail and a polished corporate writing style.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with tact.

Previous internship or practical experience in communications, corporate/internal communications or editorial roles preferred; demonstrable work on employee newsletters, intranet content or event coordination is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field and eligible for a French alternance/work‑study contract.
