Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Intern in Hong Kong to support boutique, marketing and studio teams—internship at the renowned haute joaillerie maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to boutique, marketing or studio teams, including administration, scheduling and coordination of samples and communications.
- Assist with research tasks: trend and competitor analysis, archival research, and preparation of presentation materials.
- Contribute to client‑facing activities under supervision — preparing client dossiers, supporting events and coordinating test‑fittings or appointments.
- Help manage inventory documentation, maintain sample tracking and ensure strict confidentiality and security of high‑value items.
- Prepare concise reports, slide decks and visuals for internal meetings and support execution of merchandising or marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate or master’s programme (e.g., fashion, jewellery design, marketing, business, art history or communications).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
- Discretion handling confidential information and high‑value products; professional demeanour appropriate for client interactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required by boutique or event schedules.

Entry‑level: no specific professional tenure required. Prior internships or part‑time experience within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion houses, marketing or event production are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
