Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique and client services teams with daily operations, including client preparation, appointment coordination and follow-up communications.
- Assist with product care, stock handling and inventory reconciliation under boutique procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and on-floor presentation, ensuring displays reflect the maison’s aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Provide operational support for private client events, trunk shows and internal appointments, including logistical coordination and guest management.
- Prepare administrative materials: product dossiers, price lists, client notes and presentation documents for the sales team.
- Undertake market research and competitive analysis to inform local boutique initiatives and marketing activities.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support cross-functional teams (marketing, visual, boutique operations) while respecting confidentiality and brand protocol.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, a degree programme in fashion, luxury management, marketing, business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in fine jewellery, gemstones and luxury craftsmanship.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Discreet, professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends as required; available for a 3–6 month internship period is preferred.
- Multilingualism is an advantage; a willingness to learn brand-specific product vocabulary and clienteling techniques.

No prior professional experience required; internships and any customer-facing experience—particularly in premium retail or luxury hospitality—are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme in fashion, luxury management, marketing, business, visual arts or a related field.
