Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, stock handling and inventory reconciliation under supervision.
- Assist sales advisors with clienteling activities: appointment preparation, follow-up communications and client file updates.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring displays meet maison guidelines.
- Perform administrative tasks: processing sales documentation, filing, and coordination with regional teams.
- Support event preparation and in‑store client experiences, liaising with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research and prepare short reports to inform local retail strategies.
- Provide ad hoc support for social media content gathering, product photography assistance and asset organization.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme in luxury management, marketing, retail, business or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; polished client-facing manner and discretion.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple small projects.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong (internship eligibility to be confirmed at time of hire).

No specific prior professional experience required; previous customer‑facing or retail experience and prior internships in luxury retail are advantageous.
Education
Undergraduate or graduate student in luxury management, marketing, retail, business or a related field preferred.
