Van Cleef & Arpels HR Recruitment Intern, Paris. Six-month full-time internship beginning January 2027 supporting talent acquisition and HR initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for interns and apprentices, from job posting creation to final candidate selection
- Publish job announcements across multiple platforms and conduct strategic sourcing
- Coordinate recruitment interviews and support hiring managers across all Maison departments
- Organize and execute internal talent events, including Marketing and Communications Talent Days
- Oversee integration of interns and apprentices, build community engagement initiatives
- Develop cross-functional relationships and collaborate with teams throughout the Maison
- Ensure consistent communication of Maison values throughout all recruitment processes
