Van Cleef & Arpels seeks HR Executive in Dubai to support employee relations, talent acquisition and HR initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support employee relations activities, ensuring adherence to HR policies and local labor laws, conducting boutique visits and employee check-ins, and assisting with disciplinary matters and Performance Improvement Plans
- Contribute to talent acquisition by coordinating with Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition team, maintaining job descriptions, and participating in recruitment processes for retail and back-office positions
- Support employee engagement initiatives by following up on action plans, gathering employee feedback, and assisting with internal events, communications and engagement programs
- Manage key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers and offboarding while maintaining accurate HR systems data
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports, analyze key HR trends, support business presentations and coordinate HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources with exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employee lifecycle management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted relationships with employees and managers
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented approach with strong sense of confidentiality and fair and consistent judgment
- Comfortable working with HR systems, data and reporting with good understanding of HR policies, procedures and local labor laws

Previous experience in Human Resources with demonstrated exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement and employee lifecycle management activities.
