Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of personnel files, ensuring completeness, accuracy and legal compliance.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, welcome documentation and orientation logistics.
- Perform HR data entry and maintain HRIS records, timesheets and attendance logs with rigorous attention to confidentiality.
- Prepare HR correspondence, internal reports and routine employment documentation for managers and external partners.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to clarify absences, leaves and administrative queries.
- Respond to routine employee queries, escalating complex matters to HR business partners or line managers.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives within HR administration and support special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail when handling personnel records and contracts.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable with data entry and basic reporting.
- Professional demeanour, collaborative mindset and ability to work within a high-standards luxury environment.
- Prior administrative experience or an HR-focused internship is advantageous.
