Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Host Coordinator in Hong Kong to lead boutique hospitality and client services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Greeters, ensuring exceptional client experience and hospitality standards throughout the boutique
  • Oversee client welcoming and hospitality services, collaborating with the Client Development team to manage refreshment service with impeccable presentation
  • Warmly welcome all clients, proactively anticipate their needs, and provide comprehensive concierge-style services including coat check and package handling, particularly during in-boutique animations and events
  • Support the sales team by preparing client areas for appointments and assisting with the execution of in-boutique events
  • Maintain the luxurious ambiance and pristine condition of all client-facing areas including reception, lounges, and private salons
  • Ensure hospitality stations are fully stocked, meticulously clean, and impeccably presented, managing inventory of supplies and placing orders
  • Provide administrative support for client treatment and coordinate with the Operations team for facility-related matters in hospitality areas
  • Act as the primary lead for Boutique Reservation (RDV) and Queue Management (QM) systems, serving as the first point of contact
  • Provide constructive feedback on system usability, train Greeters on tool processes, and maintain the integrity and accuracy of hospitality-related client data

Qualifications

  • University degree or High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably with international luxury brands renowned for strong service-oriented culture
  • Strong organizational skills and high sense of responsibility
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
