Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary host for boutique arrivals, delivering a refined welcome and managing client flow to ensure a seamless first impression.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and waiting lists; confirm and manage bookings for private viewings, after‑hours appointments and VIP requests.
- Liaise proactively with sales advisors, concierge, security and back‑of‑house teams to prepare for client visits and to anticipate requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest logs, client arrival records and confidentiality of VIP information in accordance with brand standards.
- Manage the boutique’s reception area, ensuring an immaculate, hospitable environment with attention to presentation and product security.
- Facilitate client refreshment and hospitality services, oversee seating and in‑boutique guest comfort during consultations.
- Support boutique events and private appointments logistics, including guest lists, invitations, on‑site coordination and post‑event follow‑up.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a luxury retail or upscale hospitality environment; boutique or concierge experience preferred.
