Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a High Jewelry Marketing Manager for its European Marketing & Communication department in Paris, reporting to the Regional Marketing Director Europe-CIS. The role leads regional High Jewelry strategy and activity across nine European markets, including marketing planning, event orchestration, performance and stock management, and team development; it manages three employees and one intern. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the regional High Jewelry marketing strategy across Europe, aligning central direction, product priorities, market needs and retail objectives to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate closely with central functions, regional counterparts and local marketing teams.
- Coordinate and support nine European markets.
- Manage a team of three employees and one intern.
- Contribute strategic ambition, insights and a clear regional roadmap to the three-year category plan.
- Define the annual regional High Jewelry marketing strategy, aligning the budget, market trends, events and activation plans and calendar.
- Build and coordinate the 360° marketing plan across product launches, event activations, visual merchandising support, training, communications and client strategy.
- Lead the marketing planning, preparation, orchestration and coordination of regional and local events.
- Define High Jewelry event objectives, product focus, storytelling direction and client strategy with relevant departments.
- Partner with retail and events teams to organize and lead event-preparation seminars.
- Oversee the preparation of product-related content, coordinate training and provide tools to ensure retail sales team readiness.
- Assemble the optimal event team, defining plans, roles and responsibilities with regional and local teams.
- Support product-related operations as a key contact, including model shows, display coordination, sales recaps and stock management during and after events.
- Lead High Jewelry budget and LE cycles in close collaboration with Retail and Supply teams.
- Monitor regional sales performance, trends and opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with regional Supply Chain to supervise Classic High Jewelry stock analysis and manage regional stock.
- Lead the allocation strategy for daily stock requests from European markets or central functions, maximizing in-store High Jewelry visibility and sales efficiency while considering market insights, product priorities, event needs and marketing rationale.
- Serve as an expertise referent for local markets and other regional departments, and facilitate best-practice sharing across markets.
- Lead the annual Regional High Jewelry Board with Regional Retail, defining objectives and aligning programs to cultivate community.
- Partner with Regional Retail and Training teams to understand business needs and provide programs for Sales Associate development.
- Cultivate a strategic marketing community across the region and markets, equipping teams to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strengthen team capability in stakeholder communication, product strategy, project orchestration and cross-functional collaboration.
- Propose new ways of working to streamline workload, improve efficiency and reinforce clear collaboration with Retail and markets.
- Provide marketing support to markets without a dedicated High Jewelry marketing resource.

- Extensive experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
- Solid knowledge of and passion for the High Jewelry business.
- Excellent business-partnering skills, fostering productive collaboration aligned with business needs and Maison strategy.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with a balance of persuasion and diplomacy to align and mobilize diverse partners.
- Recognized management skills and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
