Van Cleef & Arpels High Jewelry Marketing Assistant in Singapore, supporting product operations and strategy across SEA markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support High Jewelry product operations across Southeast Asian boutiques, managing stock transfers, allocations, and regional logistics coordination
- Manage GIA certificate delivery from headquarters to markets and ensure timely documentation processing
- Coordinate temporary patrimony exhibitions and boutique events in terms of logistics and operational requirements
- Assist the High Jewelry Marketing team in preparation of boutique animations and special events
- Participate in the creation of product-related content including e-booklets, training decks, and educational materials
- Develop and roll out training content for the Raffles boutique team
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to build monthly zoning plans ensuring optimal stock representation across SEA markets
- Support marketing initiatives for product novelty launches and daily operational activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated appreciation for high jewelry and luxury goods
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy
- Collaborative team player with ability to interface with multiple stakeholders
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to evolving business requirements
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems (preferred)
