The High Jewelry Department Coordinator supports Van Cleef & Arpels’ High Jewelry department with administrative and organizational operations, budget monitoring, and cross-functional projects. The role also coordinates internal and external events that showcase the Maison’s expertise. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department, including managing calendars and expense reports and organizing travel and seminars.
- Support the Expertise team in formalizing and monitoring its activities, including preparing roadmaps, action plans, and presentations.
- Lead site engagement projects, creating and coordinating events that foster connections between departments in close partnership with the Human Resources team.
- Manage and monitor the scope's budget in collaboration with Finance.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including organizing committees and producing videos related to the transmission of expertise.
- Support the department's overall administrative and organizational operations.
- Contribute to internal and external event projects that showcase the Maison's expertise.
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience coordinating teams.
- Strong affinity with the world of High Jewelry and Métiers d’Art.
- Rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate.
- Excellent interpersonal and service orientation, adaptability, and effective collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
