Role & Responsibilities

• Support market intelligence and competitive analysis for high jewelry collections, tracking trends and pricing dynamics.
• Prepare commercial reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management using sales and market data.
• Assist with client prospecting and segmentation initiatives; maintain and enrich CRM records to support outreach.
• Coordinate with boutique teams and regional sales managers to consolidate market feedback and sales forecasts.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of client events, trunk shows and product launches.
• Support the identification and evaluation of new retail or partnership opportunities.
• Perform data cleansing, KPI monitoring and ad hoc analysis to inform commercial strategy.
• Draft briefing notes, business cases and proposals for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional proficiency in English; French language skills highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to synthesise market data into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
• Discretion, high standards of confidentiality and professional presentation suitable for high-net-worth client interactions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Experience

Previous internship experience in luxury retail, sales, business development or market research is preferred; demonstrable exposure to commercial tasks, reporting and client-facing activities is an asset.

Education

Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or related discipline.
