Van Cleef & Arpels Internship – High Jewelry Business Development Assistant in Paris, France. 6-month position (Jan–Jun 2027) in retail business development and client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate client information and track attendance for regional and international high jewelry events, providing weekly updates to management on event status and monitoring cancellations
- Prepare detailed client profile cards and maintain the annual high jewelry event calendar to ensure seamless event execution
- Assist with logistics and organization of internal engagements, seminars, and team gatherings
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business data to generate insights on high jewelry sales performance, client growth, post-event success, client transformation rates, and average basket size
- Prepare meeting agendas and professional presentations for internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate requests for workshop visits and provide day-to-day operational support to the business development team
- Collaborate with regional high jewelry teams, marketing, and communications departments on retail-focused initiatives
