Van Cleef & Arpels internship: Heritage Gallery Tour Conductor, Paris. Conduct cultural visits, manage exhibitions, support luxury brand heritage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage visit schedules for the Vendôme Salons, Perfume Salon, and Heritage Gallery for diverse audiences including clients, public visitors, and internal Richemont staff
- Conduct guided cultural tours that convey the Maison's refinement, elegance, and innovative design philosophy
- Prepare daily and monthly visit reports documenting visitor numbers and demographic profiles
- Assist with exhibition setup within the Heritage Gallery and conduct daily quality checks on jewelry display and accompanying descriptive labels
- Serve as liaison between the École des Arts Joailliers and Heritage Gallery to keep Salons team informed of programming updates
- Sensitize Vendôme Salons teams to diverse experiences available within the venue
- Attend competitor and House exhibitions to stay informed on market positioning and curatorial trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university programme (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Demonstrated significant experience in customer-facing service roles
- Passion for jewelry, artisanal craftsmanship, and the Van Cleef & Arpels heritage
- Prior experience engaging international clientele with strong knowledge of luxury codes and etiquette
- Familiarity with Van Cleef & Arpels history and product range
- Fluent English proficiency (mandatory)
- Multilingual capability a plus
