Role & Responsibilities
- Support the heritage and archives team in cataloguing historic jewellery, drawings and related documentation, ensuring consistency with internal collection standards.
- Prepare and update condition reports, accession records and provenance files for objects in the collection.
- Assist with digitization projects: high-resolution imaging, metadata entry and quality control for archived material.
- Conduct provenance and bibliographic research to support exhibitions, publications and curatorial projects.
- Participate in inventory cycles, object handling, safe storage and conservation logistics under supervision.
- Provide administrative support for loans, exhibitions and internal requests, including coordination with ateliers, boutiques and external institutions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a tertiary programme in art history, conservation, museology, library & information science or a related discipline.
- Very strong attention to detail and methodical approach to cataloguing and documentation.
- Ability to handle delicate objects carefully and follow conservation-safe procedures.
- Good organisational and time-management skills; capacity to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Effective research skills and familiarity with archival resources and bibliographic methods.

Experience
Practical experience through previous internships, volunteer work or coursework in museums, archives, galleries or luxury heritage departments is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with collection care protocols and documentation workflows is advantageous.
Education
Current enrolment in a university-level programme in art history, conservation, museology, library science, cultural heritage or a related field.
