Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and recruitment of a team of master craftsmen and artisans across all jewelry trades
- Manage the production of high jewelry pieces, ensuring adherence to the maison's quality standards and delivery timelines
- Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development of all workshop members
- Coordinate work distribution among artisans based on workshop capacity, individual expertise, and piece specifications
- Monitor all pieces in production, represent the workshop in validation meetings, and escalate any deviations in cost or timeline to the Atelier Director
- Ensure proper supply chain management of components, metals, and tooling required for production
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and workplace hygiene protocols and regulatory compliance
- Actively participate in identifying operational improvements and implementing process enhancements
- Execute high jewelry pieces as needed based on workshop demands
- Maintain metal and tooling inventory management

- Extensive professional experience in high jewelry workshop operations at a senior artisan level (OJ4 certification or equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior artisans
