Role & Responsibilities
- Lead departmental strategy by participating in haute joaillerie revenue ambitions, sales projections, and performance monitoring
- Manage allocation, circulation, and inventory status of high jewelry units; conduct pricing reviews, boutique classification, and support events and photography shoots
- Provide effective business arbitration to regions regarding haute joaillerie stock availability, ensuring transparent communication on priorities and allocations
- Develop in-depth and forward-looking analyses, conduct regular business reviews, and propose actionable plans for regional improvements
- Supervise two senior project managers, one intern, and one apprentice; foster team development and knowledge transmission
