The Gemstone Operations Coordinator manages operational gemstone purchasing, stock and traceability, reporting data, and process improvements, with a focus on High Jewelry operations including prestigious gemstone flows, shipments, scans and certificates. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) on a full-time schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage operational purchasing activities, including processing purchase requests and liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Manage stock and traceability, including recording stock in SAP and conducting inventories.
- Consolidate data for reporting and implement process improvements.
- Handle High Jewelry-specific operations, including maintaining data, managing the flow of prestigious gemstones, preparing merchandise shipments, performing requested gemstone scans, managing and tracking original certificates, and monitoring recutting and certification.
