Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a six-month Events Project Coordinator Intern for the Paris office to support event implementation and client coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the organization and coordination of events and client programs for the French market in collaboration with external service providers and internal teams
- Implement personalized client treatment operations and ensure smooth execution of all event logistics
- Coordinate operational details including accommodation reservations, transfers, and travel arrangements
- Prepare client programs and staff briefing materials and itineraries
- Contribute to the development of internal presentations and post-event reports
- Monitor competitive landscape and track competitor communications and announcements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program (Bachelor+4 or Bachelor+5 level)
- Minimum six months of previous professional experience
- Genuine passion for the luxury sector
- Fluent in English (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
