Van Cleef & Arpels — 4 Events Internships (July 2026) in Paris. Short-term placements supporting event coordination and on-site operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the events team in the conception, logistical planning and execution of client and maison events scheduled for July 2026.
- Coordinate pre-event preparation: briefing documents, guest lists, invitations, seating plans and event materials.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (PR, boutique teams, visual merchandising, marketing) and external suppliers (caterers, AV, florists) to ensure delivery against specifications and timelines.
- Provide on‑site assistance during events: set-up, guest reception, VIP hosting, troubleshooting and post‑event breakdown.
- Assist with vendor invoices, basic budget tracking and reconciliation of event-related expenses.
- Prepare post-event reports, photo and attendance records, and contribute to learnings and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a university or grande école program in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, Hospitality or a related discipline.
- Availability to work full days in July 2026 including occasional evenings and weekend hours.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanour with a capacity for discreet, client-facing interaction and VIP service standards.
- Right to undertake an internship in France and familiarity with basic administrative procedures for placements.
Skills
Experience
Previous practical experience in events, hospitality or retail environments is preferred; prior internships or project work supporting live activations, product launches or client events are an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or master's program (Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, Hospitality or similar).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
