Van Cleef & Arpels Events Assistant in Singapore: coordinate regional events across South-East Asia with logistics, vendor management, and SAP expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating with third parties, including agencies, venues, and vendors
- Provide logistical and operational support for events throughout South-East Asia
- Develop and maintain detailed event action plans and timelines
- Process invoices and manage expenses via SAP system
- Support on-site event execution to ensure seamless implementation
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
