Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of in‑store visual merchandising concepts, including window displays, product layouts and fixture dressing according to maison standards.
  • Assist in planning and running boutique and local events — logistical coordination, supplier liaison, set‑up and on‑site support.
  • Prepare and maintain VM documentation: floor plans, installation briefs, props inventories and photographic records of displays and events.
  • Collaborate with boutique teams and regional marketing to ensure consistency of brand presentation and client experience.
  • Perform hands‑on installation and dressing of merchandise and props; ensure compliance with health & safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to schedule deliveries, installations and technical services.
  • Contribute to post‑event and display reporting, including photographic archiving and evaluation of visual impact.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Events Management or related discipline.
  • Keen aesthetic sensibility with strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to execution.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to prioritise multiple tasks in a boutique environment.
  • Physically able to perform hands‑on installation work (lifting, ladder use) and to stand for extended periods during events.
  • Flexible availability to support evening or weekend events when required.
  • Previous retail, visual merchandising or events experience in luxury goods is an advantage.

Experience
