EHS Coordinator at Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris—develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies across luxury facilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary EHS reference point for the Maison, proposing, implementing, and updating objectives, action plans, and procedures
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits
- Design and deliver employee training programs and awareness campaigns on health, safety, and environmental matters
- Conduct ongoing regulatory monitoring on EHS developments (legislation, technologies, ergonomics) and maintain updated DUERP and environmental analyses for all facilities
- Build and strengthen the EHS culture through regular knowledge-sharing and best-practice exchanges across teams
- Contribute to the EHS dimensions of real estate projects
- Assess risks and implement preventive and corrective measures for all company events, including emergency plan deployment and stakeholder coordination
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in labor law, fire safety, and ERP (Establishment Reception of Public) regulations
- Demonstrated experience in an EHS environment with clear understanding of key challenges
- Exceptional integrity and reputation for pragmatism and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent English proficiency
