Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an E-Business Operations Specialist (8-month contract) in Seoul for online order and systems management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage eBusiness systems and online order flows, identifying frictions and implementing system enhancements aligned with headquarters guidelines
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across logistics, retail, supply chain, and internal partnerships to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Establish and manage stock availability, consumables, and specialized services such as engraving to support online order execution
- Execute key user testing (KUT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system launches and communicate resolution of technical issues to regional teams
- Participate in operational excellence (OPEX) initiatives, sharing market demand insights and best practices with the region
- Manage local arbitration for online order stock allocation requests and advocate for market-specific business rule adaptations
Qualifications
- Professional experience in E-Business Operations, preferably within luxury goods, consulting, or retail sectors
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel, including query capabilities
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and systems architecture
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and geographies
