Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the community of platform editors and content contributors, regularly communicating platform updates and gathering departmental needs to streamline processes and requirements
• Provide strategic advisory and training support across business functions utilizing PIM and DAM tools, establishing documentation and standardized workflows
• Participate in regular optimization workshops with Group digital teams to enhance platform capabilities; document, test, and validate feature requests and system improvements in collaboration with the OCF Project Manager
• Coordinate the launch of new Maison collections across contributing departments on the platform, working alongside project support staff to ensure timely and accurate data integration
• Contribute to cross-functional digital projects leveraging the platform—including e-commerce sites, direct sales channels, product catalogues, and mobile applications—by identifying technical solutions and overseeing content implementation and testing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital project management (excluding internships or apprenticeships)
• Demonstrated knowledge of production workflows and information systems (ERP, PIM, DAM)
• Fluent written and oral proficiency in English and French
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to foster collaborative, constructive team environments
• Recognized for dynamic initiative and service orientation

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing digital projects, with demonstrated knowledge of production workflows and information systems (PIM, DAM, ERP). Prior exposure to content management platforms, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization is advantageous.
