Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end demand forecasting process for assigned product categories, producing statistically robust short‑ and mid‑term forecasts.
- Lead S&OP cadence: coordinate monthly demand reviews with merchandising, production, finance and wholesale to align supply with commercial objectives.
- Translate commercial plans into inventory and replenishment strategies to optimise in‑store availability while minimising working capital.
- Develop and monitor forecast accuracy KPIs and present insights and corrective actions to senior stakeholders.
- Implement and refine demand planning methodologies, incorporating seasonality, product lifecycle, pre‑launch indicators and promotional effects.
- Collaborate with supply chain and production to assess capacity constraints, lead times and allocation priorities for limited‑availability collections.
- Coach and influence cross‑functional partners to improve data quality, demand signals and forecast adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in demand planning, sales & operations planning or inventory planning within luxury, fashion, watches or premium consumer goods.
- Strong analytical proficiency with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Experience driving cross‑functional S&OP processes and influencing senior stakeholders.
- High proficiency with forecasting methods and statistical techniques; comfort with large datasets and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in a bilingual commercial environment and ability to present complex analyses succinctly.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years in demand planning or supply chain planning roles, preferably within luxury, fashion, watches or premium retail. Demonstrated experience running S&OP cycles, improving forecast accuracy and working with merchandising and production teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field; advanced degree or professional certification in supply chain/operations is advantageous.
