Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Customer Service Intern in Geneva for a 6-month full-time internship starting January 2027. English fluency and international commerce experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service Manager and Project Leads in daily operations across the global Service Client department
- Coordinate customer experience improvements and initiatives across regional teams (US, Asia, Europe, Japan, Middle East)
- Gather customer requirements and conduct user data analysis to inform service enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, digital) and external digital agencies on digital solution improvements
- Plan and conduct internal meetings; coordinate quarterly newsletters to promote the Customer Service department within the maison
- Oversee promotion of projects to the international Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service community
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency
- Experience in international commerce or marketing
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Skills
Experience
Experience in international commerce, marketing, or related business functions is required. Demonstrated familiarity with retail, customer service operations, and multi-regional project coordination is preferred.

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, International Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
