Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Customer Service Associate in New York. Manage after-sales service, support sales team, $30–$32/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance services
- Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist Sales Associates with client communications
- Ensure After-Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are accurate and properly documented
- Consult with management and members of the Sales Team on related After-Sales issues
- Support Sales Associates and the Back-Office team as needed
- Assist in maintaining the store's appearance and operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in luxury watches or jewelry industry preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong ability to assist clients and sales teams with problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
