Role & Responsibilities
- Administer the end-to-end customer service lifecycle: record and process customer enquiries, orders, repairs and after‑sales requests with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile customer records in the CRM and internal databases; ensure data hygiene and accurate order histories.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with boutiques, ateliers, logistics and repairs teams to expedite cases and provide status updates to clients and retail teams.
- Prepare and manage documentation for exchanges, repairs, warranties and customs when required; ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Produce regular operational reports and KPI dashboards to monitor case volumes, turnaround times and service quality.
- Support the client service team in complex case escalation, prioritisation and resolution, ensuring a discreet, client‑centric approach.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience in customer service, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery, horology or premium retail (1–3 years for a junior-level hire).
- Excellent organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and French highly desirable given the Geneva location.

Education
