Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a CRM Executive in Dubai to contribute to CRM strategy, optimize CRM and data systems, analyze digital channels and customer insights, and support business requirements and security measures. The role is full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute and contribute to the CRM strategy within the assigned scope, aligned with Group Digital strategy and the organizational unit’s long-term business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize team members’ use of the CRM system, resolve issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
• Support and advise on maximizing the effectiveness of data management systems.
• Analyze digital channel management best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing and cross-functional partner feedback to improve site features and functionality.
• Independently collate and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods and formats to generate standard insights.
• Support and advise on optimizing the use of external communications systems.
• Gather and clearly articulate business requirements through methods such as interviews, document analysis and workflow analysis.
• Conduct customer and market research using established techniques to collect and analyze relevant data.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Implement and monitor required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, and notify security experts of issues.
• Participate in assessment and development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching to develop personal capabilities.
• Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations and industry best practices through ongoing education, conferences and specialist media.

Qualifications

• Short-Cycle Tertiary Education.
• Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
• Basic experience coordinating the work of others.
