Van Cleef & Arpels CRC Coordinator position in Las Vegas. Support luxury client relations with administrative expertise, Salesforce proficiency, and executive-level organizational skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, organizational, and communication support to the CRC Management team
- Collaborate with team members, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain awareness of team dynamics and workplace issues, serving as a reliable point of insight for leadership
- Handle confidential assignments and special projects with discretion and sound judgment
- Manage and maintain team resources, documents, and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, templates, and other documents on behalf of the leadership team
- Draft and distribute internal communications to ensure clear and timely information flow
- Support VCA leadership by coordinating schedules to ensure adequate coverage of building and weekend operations
- Maintain up-to-date team listings, calendars, and databases (schedules, vacations, life events, contact details, organizational charts)
- Oversee day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, filing, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, mailings, clienteling correspondence, and visitor reception
- Utilize Salesforce and digital tools to respond to written communication, articulating product features, brand heritage, and craftsmanship
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination for leadership and client appointments
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and client-facing materials, ensuring readiness for ambassadors and leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an administrator in luxury retail, hospitality, executive support, or high-touch client services
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual
- Superb time-management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for compliant and complete reports, documentation, and data entry
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with proficiency in multitasking
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA

Experience
3+ years of experience as an administrator in luxury retail, hospitality, executive support, or high-touch client services, or a related position demonstrating strong organizational and communication capabilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
