Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Corporate Content Production Coordinator Intern in Paris for a 6-month role supporting content creation and project coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational project tracking from brief conception through final content delivery across multiple formats (print, OOH/DOOH, digital displays, social media).
- Organize and manage photography shoots, including product flow logistics and scheduling.
- Oversee content finalization including retouching, proofing, and format variations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external creative agencies on project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on jewelry, haute joaillerie, and watchmaking markets, as well as international cultural institutions.
- Prepare and present content assets to subsidiaries and internal departments.
- Manage iconographic and documentary resource collection and distribution.
- Support creation of assets from existing content and resources.
