Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Content Production Intern in Paris; 6-month full-time role supporting communications campaigns across digital retail and CRM channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and coordination of institutional and artistic campaigns across CRM and retail digital channels
- Manage operational coordination from brief conception to final delivery of content assets and materials
- Conduct research for iconographic and documentary resources to support campaign development
- Monitor and track production timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare presentations of campaign elements for markets and internal departments
- Liaise with external creative agencies and internal departments including Marketing, Publishing, Retail, Website, Social Media, Studio, and Heritage
- Assist in adapting campaign content for newsletters, applications, web pages, and customer-facing sales tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Student or recent graduate with demonstrated interest in content production and creative marketing. Previous experience in communications, marketing, or related creative disciplines is advantageous but not required for entry-level internship candidates.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent field.
