Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct guided visits and narrated presentations of Les Salons Vendôme for clients, journalists and invited guests, maintaining a tone consistent with the maison’s heritage and standards.
- Prepare and adapt presentation scripts and supporting materials to reflect current exhibitions, product launches and seasonal programming.
- Collaborate with PR, client relations and curatorial teams to ensure seamless integration of tours within client appointments and events.
- Deliver exceptional guest experience through attentive hospitality, personalised engagement and strict adherence to brand etiquette.
- Manage visitor logistics: schedule coordination, small-group pacing, guest registration and post‑visit follow-up when required.
- Research historical, technical and artistic references related to the maison’s collections to ensure accurate and engaging commentary.
- Assist with special events and private viewings hosted in the salons, including on-site client support and discreet VIP service.
Qualifications

Education
Enrolment in a recognised higher education programme relevant to art history, museum studies, cultural mediation, hospitality, tourism or communications (alternance/work‑study contract).
